Thalía wants to return to telenovelas

Thalía, who is about to launch her new production Primera Fila in few weeks, confessed in a U.S. television program, in addition to her musical projects, could return to action in 2010.

The Equivocada interpreter, which is currently climbing the charts with her latest ballad, and recalled that more than 10 years ago left the small screen to focus on other activities.

However, when questioned about her returns to the melodrama, the singer said she might consider participating in a soap opera in 2010.

Besides her success as a singer, Thalía reached international popularity in the nineties thanks to telenovelas as María Mercedes, Marimar and María la del Barrio, who had a great audience for its transmissions.

For now, Thalía will continue to promote Primera Fila, her first live production, recorded in Miami a few months ago.
